Axniety Therapy

Do you notice that you are “on edge” when you are going through your day?

Have you ever experienced a panic attack out of the blue?

Are you having trouble falling and/or staying asleep?

Do you have random thoughts about fears that don’t necessarily make sense?

"Go easy on yourself, whatever you do today, let it be enough" -unknown

Anxiety takes on many forms. It can be so crippling that you don’t want to leave the house. You may start to distrust others and stop engaging with people altogether. You may have some control over your worries, but still have a running to-do list going just to make sure everything goes right. This can be frustrating either way; imagine how much more freedom you can have mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially if you could take control of your irrational fears.

Therapy can help you identify the root to your overwhelming fear and small, annoying worries. Either way, you will learn appropriate skills to address the thoughts when they come up and have statements to challenge them.
